Virginia E. Jones "Ginny" Nee: Brereton Age 93, passed away Wednesday October 2, 2013 at Salem Village. Survived by one nephew Michael (Alice) Dehm of Plainfield; two nieces Kathleen Dehm of Vienna, VA and Dr. Ellen (Catherine Adler) Dehm of South Easton, MA; close great nieces Allison Dehm and Emily (Rob Infelise) Dehm; great great nephew Grayson Leo Infelise; great nephew Mitchell Dehm. Preceded in death by her husband David Jones, parents George and Almeda (Brown) Brereton; sisters Margaret (Russell) Robinson, Mariam (Fayette) Shaw and Jean (Leo) Dehm; one brother George (Vera) Brereton. Born in Joliet a lifelong resident. Attended Sunday School at Richards Street United Methodist Church. Ginny lived over 60 years in Marquette Gardens. She worked for Electro Motive for 17 years. Member of the Provena St. Joseph Medical Center Auxiliary. Funeral Services will be held Saturday October 5, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home. Private Interment Elmhurst Cemetery. Visitation Saturday morning 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
