Thomas S. Erber Age 56, passed away Thursday October 25, 2012 at Silver Cross Hospital. Survived by his son Thomas S. Erber Jr.; dearest companion Mary Ellen Mendez; sister Gail (Ted) Skwarczck and brother Kerry (Pam) Erber. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Preceded in death by his parents Sidney F. and Sophie Erber. Born in Chicago, living in Chicago. Employed by Jewel Food Store. Funeral Services will be held, Monday October 29, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at the Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home. As per Thomas wishes cremation rites will follow. Visitation Monday 10:00 a.m. until time of services.
