My condolences to Margaret, Ted, and Jane. I came upon this news by chance. I am saddened and shocked. I just looked at photos of the three kids from school yearbooks. All so handsome/beautiful. It's a shame to lose one of you. I remember playing in your house with what seemed like mounds of toys. I was always welcomed there. My mother, who has passed away, thought the world of Mrs. Duncan too. Rick/Ricky Lanham
