Roslyn Kryszewski, 100 years old, of Shorewood, IL, passed away at home surrounded by family and friends on August 12, 2026. Roslyn was born in Duluth, MN in 1926 to Estelle and Abraham Glasser, and was a homemaker, office worker, switchboard operator, assistant truck driver, janitors helper, assistant building manager, political worker with her husband Leonard, sign maker, assisted and lead fundraisers, volunteered at St. Mary’s and St. Athanasius schools and at Minooka United Methodist Church. Roslyn was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Mother-in-Law and friend to all that knew her. She had a huge heart and gave 100% of herself to everyone she met. Roslyn was preceded in death by her Husband Leonard Kryszewski Sr., her son Leonard Kryszewski Jr., and her parents Estelle and Abraham Glasser. Roslyn is survived by her daughters Lynda Kryszewski Morgan (Anthony), Melissa Brown, Lauralynn Wilson and Laura Howard Silver, her sons Leo Kryszewski (Cindy), Michael Bank (Ebby) and Niyazi Suleyman, her Granddaughters Alexis Graves (JP), Tina Bank, Melodie Nuttall, Grandsons Travis Kryszewski and Nathan Kryszewski, Great Stepgrandson Finn Graves, Great Granddaughter Olive, Step Granddaughters Rory Morgan, Robin Love and Melissa Elliott, Stepgrandson AJ Morgan and her brother Larry Glasser (Judy) and Special mentions to her family at Minooka United Methodist Church, Hope Lutheran Church. Gratitude and love to Suncrest Hospice (Westmont) for the wonderful, compassionate care that was provided by Amy, Cindy, Dawn, Ida, Jessica, Jose, Laura, Maggie, Melissa, Reginald, Ruby, Sheila and Tanya, The staff at Heartland Cardiovascular led by Dr. Ramadurai and the staff at Digestive Health Specialists led by Dr. Rotnicki and Jeff Aguilar NP and Kathy and her staff at Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home for her compassion, understanding, patience and their loving care.
