Ronald E. West Age 58 passed away Wednesday April 11 2012 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center Elgin IL. He was born June 30 1953 in Parkersburg West Virginia to Vada and Donald West Sr. He was a graduate of Joliet West High School. Member of the I.B.E.W. Local 134 for 22 years and employed by DNS Communications. Ronald liked spending time with his family grandkids and golfing.Ronald is survived by his loving and caring wife Valarie (Voight) West his loving children Kristopher (Michelle) west Matthew (Jamie) West and Megan (Diego) Rivera cherished grandchildren Emma Jordin Raegan Gunner Taylor Jocelyn and Gabriella step children Jill Matthew and Dusty his siblings Ella Staats Mary Lou Morris and Donald West Jr.Preceded in death by Vada and Donald West Sr. and sister Helen Dougherty and nephew Donnie West III.Funeral Services will be held Friday April 13 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home. It was Ronalds request cremation rites will be accorded following the funeral service. Visitation will be Friday 2-7 p.m.
