On behalf of the entire Franciscan community at St John the Baptist Catholic Church in Joliet and the entire Joliet Fire Department, we would like to express our deepest condolences and prayers for the entire family. I had the privilege to be able to pray with Robert and I must say he truly was a beautiful soul of God. After watching all the wonderful photographs of the family, I can see Robert was truly a man of good faith and a wonderful father and husband. You could see in the photographs that he loved to be with his family. Hold on to those memories, they are going to help you through your own journey of faith. Peace and all good.
