POMYKALA, MARGARET C. "PEGGY" Nee MAXWELL Passed away in Kankakee, Il., with her loving family by her side. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents May (Woodward) Maxwell, Lester J. Maxwell, her sister Marjorie Venetta (Maxwell) Breen and brother-in-law Edward Breen. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband Edwin F. Pomykala, beloved sister Marilyn (Daniel) Swiersz, and loving children Lester Pomykala, Daryl Pomykala, Michelle (Timothy) Annis, Tina Weir, Lisa (Joseph) Hamilton and Laura (Joseph) St. George. Her 10 devoted grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Peggy and Ed would have been married 60 years September 2013. She found great joy in her family and many friends both here and in their retirement home in Osage Beach, Missouri. A Memorial Service will be held at Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home 1500 Black Rd. Tuesday May 21, 2013 at 6:00 PM. Visitation on Tuesday from 3:00 until time of services. The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to a Hospice Care of your choice.
