Milo H. Taylor Age 88 passed away Monday April 16 2012 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center.Survived by his loving wife of 66 years Margaret (Hamilton) Taylor of Joliet two daughters Janice (Jeff) Hohman of Gig Harbor WA and Patricia Youngren of Frankfort IL five grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.Preceded in death by two sons Ronald Wayne and Rickard Lane Taylor one daughter Susan Kincaid parents Elsis and Etta Bell Taylor brothers Elwood and Dale sisters Sue and Frances.Born in Columbia MO living in Joliet since 1950. Milo was a decorated U.S. Army Veteran serving in W.W.II at Normandy awarded four Bronze Stars. Retired from GM Fisher Body after 32 years. Devoted member of Ridgewood Baptist Church.Funeral Services will be held Friday April 20 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Visitation Friday morning 10:00 a.m. until time of services. In lieu of flowers memorials to Ridgewood Baptist Church would be appreciated.
