Age 67. Passed peacefully in Joliet IL on May 15, 2025. He was born on February 14, 1958, and raised in Joliet. He was a loving father and grandfather. He touched many hearts and he loved everyone. He was a barber in Plainfield IL. His hobbies were listening to classic rock, collecting CDs, model building, fishing, taking photos and spending time with his daughter and grandchildren. As a devoted Catholic, Michael's favorite prayer was "The Lord's Prayer".

He is survived by his daughter Arielle Fuchs; son-in-law, Salvador Guzman; grandchildren Angelo Guzman, Aubrey Guzman, Adrian Guzman; stepmother, Pauline Fuchs; sister, Cathy Amos; brother-in-law, Tom Amos; brother Darrel Fuchs; sister-in-law, Norma Fuchs; brother Ed Fox; many nieces and nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by his father Charles Fuchs and mother, Edith Witham; and sister-in-law Debbie Fox. 

Visitation will be held at Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home, Saturday May 24, 2025 from 10:00 am until time of services at1:30 p.m.
