Kenneth A. Halaska
Age 68, passed away peacefully Monday March 16, 2026 at Lightways Hospice.
Survived by four brothers William Halaska III, Christopher (Laurie) Halaska, Laurence (Rubi) Halaska and Tony (Jennifer) Halaska; one sister Diane Halaska. Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by his parents William II and MaryAnn Halaska.
Born in Chicago, living in the Joliet/New Lenox area through Trinity Services. Ken loved fishing and bike riding.
Visitation Friday March 27, 2026 from 4-8 p.m. at the Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home. Family and friends will gather on Saturday March 28, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church (All Saints Parish), 8149 W. Golf Rd., Nilles, IL 60714 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment Maryhill Cemetery, Niles, IL. In lieu of flowers memorials in Kenneth’s name to Trinity Services, 301 Veterans Parkway, New Lenox, IL 60451 would be appreciated.
