John W. Erickson
Age 80, passed away suddenly, Wednesday October 30, 2024.
Survived by his son Patrick Erickson; step children Vanessa Kinman and Mark McKeown; former wife Victoria Figueroa; sister-in-law Valerie Kinman; brother-in-law Tom (Kim) Kinman; sister-in-law Amy Kinman.
Preceded in death by his parents John and Carrie (Munson) Erickson; brother Christopher Kinman.
John was born in Chicago, IL and living in Hammond, IN.
He was a retired laborer and a member of the Laborers Local #5.
John enjoyed reading, watching movies and working on model cars. He was an avid muscle car buff and a military enthusiast, traveling to Historical museums around the United States.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 5, 2024 from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. Interment will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
