Gisela Regganie

Gisela Regganie June 20, 1939 – May 19, 2025

Gisela Regganie was born on June 20, 1939, in Aschaffenburg, Germany, and passed away unexpectedly on May 19, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Josip Lovrich; her parents, Elisabeth Fröhlich and Jakob Wickert; and her brothers, Manfred and Hans Wickert.

Gisela is lovingly remembered by her husband, Louis Regganie, and her children: Jojanja Meszaros (Patrick), Josip Lovrich, Ed Regganie (Nancy), and Richard Regganie (Kathryn). She was a devoted grandmother to Alex, Nick, Hanna, Kurt (Erica), and Lisa (Eric), and a proud great-grandmother to Lilly.

She worked in the pharmacy at St. Joseph Medical Center, where her compassion and dedication touched many lives. After retiring, she and Louis enjoyed traveling and spending time together. Gisela had a special love for her flowers and found great joy in tending to her garden.

A spiritually centered and radiant soul, Gisela was known for her deep love, kind heart, and ability to see the good in everyone. She was quick to offer a warm compliment and brought light and beauty to all who knew her.

In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
