Frank Gentile

Frank Gentile, 95, beloved Husband, Father, and Papa was called to his eternal life April 17, 2024 peacefully at home with his family by his side. Frank was born on January 1, 1929 to Salvatore and Carmella Gentile in Joliet, Illinois.
  Frank married Marilyn Gierich on April 22, 1950 and was married 54 years before Marilyn passed away May 7, 2004. They were blessed with 6 children Sharon (Denny) Becker, David (Jennifer), Sam (Annette), Mike (Donna), Patricia (Jay) Adler, Jim (Karen) and loving Papa to 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
 Frank is survived by two sisters Rose McGuire and Beverly Jean Bellos. Frank is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, wife Marilyn, and daughters Sharon and Patricia.  Sisters Carmella Stimac, Mary Hodock, Betty Vonch, brothers Joseph and Junior Gentile.
  A memorial mass for Frank Gentile will be held on Thursday April 25, 2024 at 10:30am at The Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus; 604 North Raynor Avenue, Joliet IL. 60435
