Age 68, passed away Wednesday August 11, 2021 at Amita St. Joseph Medical Center.

Survived by his wife of 33 years, Janet Rose “Rosie” (Sikora) Faurot; daughter Christina Faurot-Blan; son Cory Dane Faurot; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings Donnie Faurot, Connie Reeves, Cheryl Voda, Charles Dale Faurot, April Dawn Scarbrough, Frank Gorney III, Christal Rivera, Rebecca Gorney, Lisa Gorney and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his father Charles Lester and Fairy Dell Faurot; mother Joyce Adelta (Pitts) Lambert; step father Frank Gorney; sister Gayle Faurot and brother Barry Faurot.

Born in Wyandotte, MI, living in Diamond, IL.  Charles retired from D Construction as a truck driver.  He loved riding his motorcycle and spending time with his wife and son.  Charles was a Jack of all trades.   A saying close to his heart that he shared with Cory daily  “Peace, Love, Merikrishnoff ya groovy freak”

Visitation Monday August 16, 2021 from 2-6 pm at the Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home.   As per his wishes cremation rites will follow.   Please omit flowers.
