Carole A. Pasteris

Age 82, passed away peacefully, Friday March 13, 2026 at Lightways Hospice.

Survived by her son Richard (Cynthia) Pasteris; grandchildren Matthew (Melissa) Pasteris and Nicholas (Andra) Pasteris.

Preceded in death by her husband James Pasteris and parents Laverne and Katherine (Bruno) Stahl.

Born in Joliet, a lifelong resident. Carole retired as a secretary from Joliet District 86 Schools, Marycrest Grade School. She was a Big Elvis fan and enjoyed fishing. Carole loved spending time with her grandchildren.

The family would like to thank her caregivers, especially Nida, Litti and Connie for their loving and compassionate care, also everyone at Lightways Hospice for the comfort they gave Carole.

Private Funeral Services were held, Thursday March 19, 2026 at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Memorials in Carole’s name to Lightways Hospice and Serious Illness Care would be appreciated.
