Born April 8, 1922 in Plattville, IL, passed away Sunday August 12, 2018 at the Alden Courts of Shorewood.

Preceded in death by her husband Russell Beane; parents Bert and Elphia (Fox) Hauge; one brother Holman Hauge; one grandson Bruce Quillen brother-in-law John Jorstad.

Survived by her sister Josephine Hauge Jorstad of Franklin, North Carolina; sister-in-law Betty Hauge of Sandwich, IL; two children Frederick R. Beane born 1945 and Suzanne J. (Thomas) Casey, Ph.D. born 1948; grandchildren Valerie Kane, Joseph Beane, Melissa Beane, Regina (Thomas) Burrs, Michael Talerico, Kristi (Mark) Ross, Karen Quillen and Brad (Tammy) Quillen; great grandchildren Elizabeth Burrs, Abigail Burrs, Thomas Burrs, Alexander Ross, Grant Ross, Gage Ross, Tiffany Albright (George) Carmi, Dan Albright, Ryan Kane and Sara Kane (Shannon) Channell; great great grandchildren Bryson, Aiden and Killian.  Numerous nieces and nephews, many friends and family members whom JeanNette held dear, particularly in her later life.

JeanNette married Russell F. Beane in 1944 and lived on the Beane Farm near Plattville her entire life.  She was a beautiful seamstress and was widely known for the patchwork quilts that she created for many years.  She loved flowers and planted a beautiful array of flowers each spring.  Her collections of beautiful china, glassware, and figurines will be cherished memories for members of her family.

Visitation Friday morning at the church from 10:00 a.m. until time of services.

Funeral services will be held, Friday August 17, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Plattville United Methodist Church.   Interment at the Plattville Cemetery.   Memorials to the Plattville United Methodist Church or the Alzheimer’s Association would be appreciated.
