Jaime Rascon, a wonderful husband, father, and friend, left behind his wife Sofia & his 4 loving kids (Miriam, Bridget, Nayeli & Ivan). He is also survived by his parents Isamel and Ella Rascon, one sister Arcelia Dominguez and two brothers Mario Rascon and Rey David Rascon. On August 16th 2019 at 2:25pm we lost our beloved father Jaime Rascon. My dad was diagnosed with advanced kidney cancer two weeks ago and was in the Intensive Care Unit for a week fighting for his life. Our family is torn that we had to let him go but we knew he needed to finally rest and not suffer anymore.
My dad was my best friend and a wonderful role model. Seeing where he came from, and what he has done to provide for his family makes me a proud daughter. I will miss his smile, hugs, kisses, us dancing in the kitchen, our love for music, animals, and his ability to build anything and fix everything. I will miss his goofiness and how he would always fill the room with laughter.
We are grateful for everyone’s love, support and prayers during this very difficult time. We would greatly appreciate in advance any donations. All proceeds will go directly to the Rascon family to help with funeral and burial expenses. The link for donations is https://www.gofundme.com/f/jaime-rascon039s-funeral-expense
